By accessing or using ReportLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReportLoop provides automated marketing report generation and delivery tools for digital marketing agencies. Features include data source connections, AI-generated narratives, and branded client portals.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ReportLoop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReportLoop for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the service operation.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through our service. We do not claim any rights to your data or your clients data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReportLoop is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
